Our teachers and staff are the heart and soul of our program.

Our staffing component is made up of the program coordinator, who oversees all the centres and an assistant senior supervisor, who is on the floor working and supporting staff on a daily basis. We have special needs teachers, early childhood educators and out of school care certified staff.  We welcome volunteers and practicum students from many colleges such as  Langara, Douglas College, MTI, Vancouver Community College and Native Education College.

Having students and volunteers enriches the quality of care that our families and children receive on a daily basis.

All of our childcare staff members (regular and auxillary) have training and education including a valid First Aid and a clear criminal record, in accordance with BC Childcare Licensing Regulations.
